Originally, I had a lower rating for the simple fact I had not received my order and a fair amount of time had passed. Kate reached out to me and communicated about what had happened to my order and the plan to make it right. My dad always says, “It’s not the mistake you make, it’s how you fix it”. Ironically, the popcorn was for him and I gave it to him yesterday as an Easter gift; he loved it. Thanks Kate! We look forward to many more Cheerie Lane treats.
