Pasta Night with Domino Editor Samantha Weiss-Hills
In honor of our limited edition Pasta Pack in collaboration with her pasta project, Oggi, we asked Samantha Weiss-Hills for all of her must haves for the perfect pasta dinner night-in.

Sam is a Domino editor that also has a fresh pasta project with her husband named Oggi. They collaborate on menus for intimate events and gatherings, as well as private dinners. We worked with Sam on our Limited Edition Pasta Box and asked her for all her pasta night in recs.
Eating...
What else? Homemade pasta! When we host, there's usually a crunchy salad, a few other sides, and a little something sweet at the end. Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks to put out while I'm still cooking, too.
Drinking...
Right now, as the season changes in New York, I'm loving a bottle of Pelaverga. This Piemontese grape is used to make light, fresh, and fruit-forward red wines.

I always set the table for guests. Right now, I'm loving Bed Threads table linens, Helen Levi ceramics, LSA glassware, and vintage flatware.
