
Chunky Monkey Popcorn Bars
Movie night just got even better with these Chunky Monkey Popcorn Bars! Popcorn marshmallow bars filled with chocolate chunks, banana chips, and walnuts. This dessert snack recipe will be a fun family treat!

Ingredients
- 2x Cheerie Lane Butter Cobs
- 10 ounces Mini Marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Banana Chips
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 cup Chocolate Chunks

Prepare a 9x13 pan by lining it with foil and spraying it generously with nonstick spray.

Pop the popcorn cob according to the package instructions and place the popcorn in a large bowl.

In a large bowl, combine marshmallows and butter. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes until the marshmallows puff up and double in size, then stir until smooth and combined.

Add the popcorn to the marshmallow mixture and stir until it is mostly coated.

Add banana chips and walnuts, then stir to combine evenly.

Gently fold in the chocolate chunks a little at a time to prevent them from melting too much.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it down firmly using your hands or the bottom of a cup.

Allow the mixture to cool completely, then remove from the pan, peel off the foil, and cut into 12 squares.
