Popcorn Snowmen
These popcorn snowmen are the perfect holiday treat. An easy and fun activity for the kids to enjoy plus you can customize them with your choice of candy.
Ingredients
- 2 Cheerie Lane Butter Popcorn Cobs
- 1 lb marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Pop the popcorn cobs according to package instructions and pour into a large bowl.

In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring until fully smooth and combined.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool slightly so it thickens but is still pourable.

Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and toss until evenly coated.

Butter your hands and form the coated popcorn into three stacked balls to create a snowman shape.

Decorate using pantry items such as raisins for eyes, fruit leather for a scarf, chocolate chips for a mouth, pretzels for arms, a peanut butter cup for a hat, and candy for a nose.
