Mother's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility. The Cheerie Lane Mother's Day Giveaway ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Cheerie Lane and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor. Cheerie Lane ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other brand featured in the prize package.

3. Entry Period. The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on April 30, 2026, and ends at 5:00 PM PST on May 10, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter. There are two (2) methods of entry, each providing one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, per entry method, for a maximum of two (2) entries total per person.

  • Method 1 – Instagram: During the Entry Period, visit the official Cheerie Lane giveaway post on Instagram (@cheerielane) and: (1) like the post; (2) follow @cheerielane on Instagram; and (3) tag one (1) person in the comments. Limit one (1) entry per Instagram account. Multiple comments will not count as additional entries.
  • Method 2 – Website: During the Entry Period, visit the official Cheerie Lane website and subscribe by submitting a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per email address. Existing subscribers who are not already entered will not receive an automatic entry; a new subscription during the Entry Period is required.

Use of automated entry methods, bots, or any other means to obtain entries beyond the permitted maximum is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (approximate retail value "ARV": $800+):

  • 1 x La Ligne Pajamas
  • 1 x In a World of Sunrises by Cleo Wade

No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection. On or around May 10, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message ("DM") from the official @cheerielane Instagram account on or around May 10, 2026. Sponsor will contact only the winner from this account; entrants should be aware of potential impostor accounts. The potential winner must respond to the DM within 48 hours of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a potential winner is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to respond within the required time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Conditions of Participation. By entering, participants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and all other brands featured in the prize package, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or prize; and (c) grant Sponsor permission to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time, for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Promotion.

10. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Email addresses collected via website entry may be used for Cheerie Lane marketing communications; entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
