
Easter Egg Popcorn Bars Recipe
Sticky, sweet, gooey, and easy-to-make popcorn bars made with marshmallows, kettle corn, and mini Cadbury eggs.

Ingredients
- 2x Cheerie Lane Butter Cobs
- 10 ounces marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup mini Cadbury eggs or other candy
- Optional: melted white chocolate for drizzling

Pop the Cheerie Lane butter cobs according to package instructions.

Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper or lightly greased foil. Set aside.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the marshmallows and butter for about 90 seconds, then stir until fully melted and smooth.

Add the popcorn and mix until evenly coated. Gently fold in the mini Cadbury eggs or other candy.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.

Let it cool for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or chill in the fridge/freezer until set, then cut into 9 squares.

If desired, drizzle melted white chocolate over the bars before or after cutting.
