Pistachio Butter Popcorn Crunch Clusters

Ingredients:
1x Cheerie Lane Butter Popcorn Pod
1/2 cup Pistakio Co. Pistachio Butter (your choice: smooth or crunchy!)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional but adds great texture!)
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional, but balances the sweetness perfectly)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: drizzle of melted dark or white chocolate for extra indulgence
Instructions:
1. Pop the Cheerie Lane Butter Popcorn Pod. Once popped, pour the popcorn into a large bowl or spread out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the Pistakio Co. Pistachio Butter and honey (or maple syrup), stirring until smooth and silky. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt, mixing well.
3. Drizzle the warm pistachio glaze over the buttery popcorn. Use a spatula or clean hands to toss gently until the popcorn is evenly coated.
4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for extra crunch and a pop of green color.
