Each month, you’ll receive a custom-designed, exclusively-themed box filled with 3 exciting popcorn pod flavors, most of which are not available anywhere else. We also include some fun popcorn-themed goodies.

What types of subscriptions are there?
We have a monthly subscription available for our Butter packs. We also have a Popcorn of the Month Club Subscription that can be purchased as a recurring monthly subscription or a prepaid, 4-month subscription.
How does the Popcorn of the Month Club work?
We made our popcorn of the month club for all our fellow popcorn aficionados who love trying new flavors. There’s an auto-renewing monthly box option or a 4-month prepaid option, where you will get one box per month for four months. When you purchase a Popcorn of the Month Club subscription of either type, you will be sent your first box 1-7 days after the order was placed and all subsequent boxes will be sent around the 15th of each month. Therefore, you may get your first two boxes within a couple of weeks of each other and the rest will be about a month apart. We also include a fun surprise in each box!
Where can I edit my subscription?
You can use the customer portal here to access your subscription and update payment methods, skip a month, or cancel your subscription. If you have any trouble accessing your subscription you can also reach out to us at hello@cheerielanepopcorn.com
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription through the customer portal at any time. If you would like to resume your subscription after cancellation, you can purchase a new subscription. By submitting your order for a monthly recurring membership, you authorize to process the recurring charge to the credit or debit card you have provided until you cancel. The recipient will receive no further shipments as of that date. If a shipment has already been processed prior to cancellation, it will be shipped as per the normal shipping and the customer will not receive another shipment thereafter. Cancel before the 13th of the month, in order to ensure you don’t get that month’s box. Recurring billing will only happen with monthly subscription orders. If you select a 4-month prepaid subscription, you will only be charged at the time of purchase. But we’ll remind you that you are about to run out of popcorn in case you want more!
What flavors do you get in the subscription?
We’re constantly working on new flavors and ideas, so the flavors in our subscription are constantly changing! We typically make a custom box for each month that’s themed! Some of the flavors that have been in past boxes include: Ranch, Parmesan Thyme, Za’atar, Hot Wings, Spiced Pie, & Pizza. Do all subscriptions auto-renew?
Recurring monthly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel. Prepaid 4-month subscriptions do not auto-renew. Recurring billing will only happen with monthly subscription orders. If you select a 4-month prepaid subscription, you will only be charged once at the time of purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of just $2.99 per subscription box for USPS Priority shipping, no matter where your box is heading. (Shipping the boxes typically costs us $6-$10)
Since our pods are made with a similar process to a fancy chocolate bar, they are susceptible to melting under high temperatures. We recommend storing your pods in a cool, dry place as soon as you get them. If your pods do melt on their way to your pot, don’t worry, they’ll still pop a delicious bowl of popcorn.
